Jedediah Hawkins Inn, constructed in 1863, was originally the magnificent house of an eponymous sea captain. Today, this Victorian heritage structure stands grandly amid 22 acres (8.9 hectares) of vineyards and landscaped gardens. Indeed, the passion for wine is so much that guests are gifted a complimentary wine bottle and allowed free tastings at one of the 14 allied wineries. Once believed to be haunted, today the six rooms offer the ultimate in luxury living. Named Rose, Indigo, Cider, Cocoa and Sage, these designer room... read more

Attended a wedding yesterday! Was so beautiful! Food was delicious and ambiance was perfect!! I would highly recommend it!
We really had a wonderful time this past weekend. The staff (Irene, Colin and Donna) were so genial and attentive, the food was fantastic (best duck and pastries I've had in awhile) and the Rusty Cages were dynamite. Will be going back!
Just everything about this place is wonderful. You visit one and you will come back over and over.
The staff were kind, funny, and accommodating. The inn was low key, yet luxe. When I was picking an Inn and I called a bunch of places, these people were the kindest on the phone. I think I made the right decision!
Amazing dinner !
Absolutely loved it here....food, service and ambiance were beyond excellent during our brunch experience . Oh and the Bloody Mary was fabulous, I’m a “bloody snob” and it way surpassed my expectations! Had the flatbread as an app and the BLT sandwich and both were perfect! Can’t wait to go back.

My husband had a lobster roll and said it was bland and the roll was squishy and appeared to be a hot dog roll with the ends cut off to appear a New England roll. I was underwhelmed. The location is be... read more
I’ve known of it for years and it was on my ‘restaurant to-do list’. We went on a whim and I am so glad we did. The patio was lovely, the staff and service were great, and the food was nothing short of amazing! Loved it so much I told a friend about it and the next day made a reservation for 4 in August!! One of the best restaurant experiences we have had in a long time!!
Beautiful inn and grounds - staff is great and rooms are very comfy and cozy. Hands down the best part was the food - breakfast was TO DIE FOR and may be some of the best breakfast meals I’ve ever had. Would go back in a heartbeat if I was ever in the area.
