Customer service is terrible, I ordered 24x4 registers and 24x4 fire dampers that were supposedly in stock and they sent registers that were 24 x8 and back ordered the dampers. When I called the guy told me that they count the 4 to be how many vent opening there are not a size. I have to pay to return them, even though its their screw up.
I needed non metal ceiling vents because 68 degree a/c temperatures and high humidity was causing condensation and eventually going to rust my existing metal ones. JEDCO had a plastic vent but I was concerned with quality and the exterior finish. I was pleasantly surprised when they arrived. Looks great on the ceiling. Still get a little bit of condensation but won't rust now!
