Through America Home Shield JED came to evaluate problem and ordered part. Part came in. Since then we have had multiple scheduling times by JED and all were no shows with no contact. It’s been weeks now. On phone now with America Home Shield to complain about this vendor. Have NO IDEA how JED can be a 4.3 star rating. Totally unprofessional. I would give them less than 1 star if that were possible. Repairs still not done.
In one word, it was a DISASTER. JED was tasked by HomeServe with replacing the leaking water line. They left my basement in ruins, lied and hid information, acted without permission or approval, never cleaned up after themselves, damaged things and were overall very rude and unpleasant. Have never seen anyone so unprofessional and incompetent. Would give them zero stars if I could.
Does not answer phone or messages from myself or home warranty company. Waste of time.. avoid..
