Dr doesn't listen to the patient entirely and rushes...did not help me
Dr. Kwartler sent me out for tests and never got back to me with the results.weeks later never returns calls and then goes on vacation leaving me to do his job trying to find my results.
I saw Dr. Kwartler because I lost hearing in my left ear after MVD surgery. He explained the different types of hearing aides that would best fit my needs and explained in detail everything. He surgically implanted a baja hearing aid.Him, as well as the staff at the hospital, his office & audiology dept. are amazing. I had a baja hearing aid implant and it went extremely well. He and all mentioned above were very kind and helpful. I don't have enough words to say how happy I am with my experience.
Excellent, knowledgeable and caring doctor.
