My parents are buying a condo from these people in Sarasota from these people at the Edge and have been in contract for many years. Finally the building is under construction. We never hear from the builder and have no idea how it will turn out. They all seem like they don’t know what they are doing. My parents don’t want to continue as the whole thing has been nightmare. Do not recommend. Would give zero stars if possible.
The sidewall of one of the Q townhomes closest to Morrill St is compromised.. this loosening of the tiles began prior to Milton. Who did this tile job and where were the tiles sourced from?
