As a carrier, Jear is an absolutely horrendous broker to work with. They refuse to pay detention. I spoke with their customer and they requested detention through them at $50 per hour for 3 hours and 30 minutes (5 hours 30 minutes total wait time). Jear told me their detention policy is $25 an hour after 4 hours wait time and that's industry standard. When i opposed, they said "doctors don't even make $50 an hour."
