Dr Kim was thorough, knowledgeable and gave me both general medical advice that applied to my circumstances as well as practical advice regarding my dermatology concerns. She was compassionate and efficient. Great bedside manners and great experience with the front office as well.
I went to see this Dr. in Dec for a regular checkup. She seemed fine, however, she made an error billing me and I ended up getting charged because of her mistake for the preventive visit. I have called the office since Dec 2023 about this, and even though they acknowledge the mistake, they still have not rectified it and I am getting bills for it nearly six months later. I recommend going to another office because of the risk of error here. This has caused me so much wasted time and stress.
