I hired Jeannie Services to clean my parents home. On multiple occasions we asked to limit the cleaning time to 3 hours, had agreement that the cleaning would be 3 hours and were then charged for 4 hours. Dishonest. Happy to share text messages with agreement to stay to 3 hours for all cleanings.
