I was referred to Jeannie for genetic testing as I have tried so many different medications without results. After literally 50 pages of paperwork, I saw her once for a consultation. We were supposed to meet again virtually. I missed the appt as I wasn't sent a reminder or link for the virtual appt. I cancelled another appt due to last minute work meetings.
