A crown she made was in a bad shape and I asked another dentist to redo it.
Dr. Tokuyama has been our dentist for decades, literally. She has several hygienists who work in her office. Dr. T is personable, professional, and very thoughtful. She has trained her staff beautifully as is obvious by the friendliness as well as efficiency for everyone. A postcard and/or phone call to remind me of appointments is always appreciated. She supports the community, too, which is really a plus.
Dr. Tokuyama has been our family dentist for decades, literally. She is meticulous in her work, is always friendly, pleasant and gracious. The office staff very well trained and the office itself is spotless. Additionally, Dr. Tokuyama is supportive of the community.

Is this provider's business conveniently located? Yes, it is very conveniently located Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!! Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? Yes! It was effortless! Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Definitely! They always remember me and make me feel important! How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? There is no comparison!
Did this provider have reasonable prices? They were decent, but not very affordable
Dr. Tokuyama is exceptional, and terrific with patients (and patience!) Her staff support is great, too (especially Yvonne!) I recommend this doctor and her office very, very highly. The front office staff is very pleasant and professional, and there have never been any questions regarding treatment or billing that we're answered thoroughly, satisfactorily, and quickly.
They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important.
