Dr. Yuen is very personable and professional and does not leave you waiting a long time. I have been very pleased with her care.
I had one appointment with her yesterday , she was Very competent, listened to my concerns, and took the time with me, I just have a great impression about her. She answered all my questions politely and with kindness.
Dr. Yuen is a nasty person and doesn’t listen to her patients. My mother went through hell because of this trash doctor. Anyone that’s reading please do yourself a favor and don’t send any loved ones to her. Way better doctors out there.
There used to be a few doctors but now they have into a mini hospital. If you need a test of or an appointment. or xray,cultures, It's all here. They serve coffee in the waiting room, 2 big screen TVs, one plays the news and one plays a soap opera. The billing department is not always submitting correctly. It takes the office staff days to get back to you and than it's vague. I use this medical group, because I like Dr Yuen, I will soon be looking for new primary doctor.
