My personal experience is just one of many, after recementing I wanted to speak to my doctor, JEANETTE GRAUER, I was told that she had just left for the day. I asked if we could get a doctor on the phone they had informed me that there was no doctor and that she would not be taking calls until after they come back from vacation. I asked for an appointment for the doctor to sit with her. Still waiting to hear from her of when we can sit and talk but she keeps pushing me back, now we are almost 4 weeks in and still haven't see... read more

Started going to her around when the pandemic happened, everything seemed fine. Until my one tooth started falling out the tooth she had replaced, she did the right thing and recemented, until this became a common occurrence happening every couple months but not once would it last more than 1.5 until I had to get it recemented. Dr Grauer is an excellent dentist and knows how to treat each individual patient. She’s curious and takes the time to say hello and really convey what the plan is for whatever two situation that you have.
