I first met Jeanne during a free consult (one of the benefits from my employer). She listened well, quickly understood the situation (prospective divorce), and offered excellent/practical advice. She could have taken advantage of the situation and recommended counsel; instead, she offered to review paperwork if I decided to self-file.
