I gave this women and her office a shot despite all the negative reviews. I love Joanne foley . She listens, really knows what she is talking about, and I couldn’t be more happier . She knows her stuff and she has been doing this for a long time . Highly recommend
If I could give negative stars I would. Jeanne is completely unprofessional. I’ve been her patient for almost 2 years. She decided to not answer my calls or texts for a MONTH and I ran out of medication. By the time I got a hold of her, I was completely out and she tried to act like it was my fault. NEVER EVER go to this horrible practice, so incredibly unsafe and unreliable
This DR treated me for 2+ years. Filled my meds without an issue, in fact increased some along the way. NOW she decided to lower ALL of them ....within a single session. IN HALF. Not only is this not ethical it is dangerous. Despite the repeated requests to do so in a slower manner she refused. She wouldn't listen to my concerns or my physical responses to the medication changes. I told her I was falling into a hole - she dismissed me. Jeanne is an absolutely wonderful psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner. You can clearly see she went into this profession because she truly cares about her patients and helping them achieve optimal mental health and overall well-being. She takes her time to explain everything in a clear concise manner and answers any and all questions you have without feeling patronized. She is easily reachable via telephone and text. This woman should not have a license, she’s always on vacation when you need medication. (I’ve never heard of that) Rude and unprofessional. No care for the patients or knowledge of mental health.
