We worked with Ray at Cozy over the past few months replacing Hunter Douglas blinds in our house and his customer service was excellent. We experienced a few hurdles along the way and he helped us navigate them with grace and patience. If we need additional help in the future we would not hesitate to go back to Ray at Cozy.
Jeanne Chung is great! I've really valued her advice on design projects related to the bath, living room, and kitchen. She's incredibly detail-oriented, patient, and responsive -- always responding to calls and emails within 24 hours. And her taste is impeccable and her ideas are creative and out-of-the-box. I couldn't recommend her more strongly.
Such a great shop! I love Jeanne's sense of style and the unique pieces she brings into her shop- a must see place when in the Pasadena area!
Quite an amazing selection of furniture, home goods and decor. For a small showroom/shop they sure have an incredible selection and know their stuff!
Excellent service -- the owner is very nice. Most comfortable chair I've been on in my life.
