My whole family goes to this clinic. I’ve had a really good experience the last couple of years. They’ve receptionists Sophia and Hannan are always so helpful. I really like how they have the walk-in on Saturday. It’s also really helpful and convenient that they have a blood lab there. Ting is amazing and so, so kind.
Unbelievable worst reception I have ever encountered in my life. Beyond rude. They make mistakes and then tell you its your fault. They lost 2 of my sons vaccination cards on 2 separate occasions, lied about it and tried to force me to double vaccinate my son because they lost the records. I have seen the bigger receptionist who has a lot of plastic surgery done on her face yell at older patients multiple times. I have never in my life seen such unprofessional, disrespectful and incompetent reception staff.
Worst clinic you can go to. Front desk staff are SO rude and don’t have patience. Give wrong information. Called yesterday for an appt she said I had to go in person since I haven’t seen the doctor in person in over 2 years (because they have no availabilities and would only give over the phone appointements). Wouldn’t give me a phone appointement so have to wait until May 2026 to see a doctor. She was so rude. They’re all so rude there. This was one of my many many disastrous encounters with them all. Well cant say I've had a single good experience here over the 5 plus years I've been a patient. Been needing a referral for weeks now. Its either doctor isn't there, come at the walk in time, we cant get you in before April. So you call at the Crack of 9 to get turned around because they take the first two callers. Same story the next day. Then they tell you show up at Thursday 2:30 to see a doctor but when you get there if you aren't fast enough to the counter or ready to brawl with another patient you get sent off.
