Je tiens à remercier Dre Samia et toute l'équipe du Jeanne D'Arc Medical Center. Ma famille et moi sommes patients de cette clinique depuis environ 10 ans. Nous avons toujours reçu des soins de grande qualité. Dre Samia est une médecin exceptionnelle, attentionnée, compétente et toujours à l'écoute. Toute l'équipe est accueillante, respectueuse et professionnelle. Merci pour votre dévouement et les excellents soins que vous nous offrez depuis toutes ces années. Je recommande cette clinique sans hésitation.
Like others have mentioned, the staff here are deeply concerning.
Lack of customer service and communication. We waited for 3 hours today before someone told us that they weren't able to see us, that their wifi was down and that we should go to another xray centre for service.
Tried to make an appointment with my doctor over the phone but was told it’s impossible because I have an out of country phone number and they have no way of verifying I live in Canada. I’ve been with this clinic for 5 years and am setting up an in person appointment so clearly I live in the country. I also have all of my prescriptions sent to a pharmacy in Orleans. I explained this all to the receptionist but she kept saying it was impossible for her to make an appointment. So now I either buy a new phone or don’t get to se... read more
