I hate to do this but the front desk staff are EXTREMELY rude. I’ve been with my doctor i believe from 2021 and I have never had any issues with him but the front desk is a constant thing and it’s exhausting! Especially the older lady. Dismissive and RUDE!! What for exactly! People are human treat them with respect! What do you gain from being disrespectful! It doesn’t cost to be nice to people. I know there are bad days but everyday can’t be bad!
Shameful staff. First, my doctor is either incompetent, lazy, ignorant, or couldn't care less. It's been 8 years I've been suffering with the same problem but the doctor doesn't care to figuelre out what is the cause. I always have to chase after him and ask him for tests and referrals that he should be doing. When it's something of this seriousness that has destroyed my quality of life and got much worse because it was left untreated by my doctor.
