My family doctor is great. But the clinic? The receptionists? Horrible customer service. Every single time I call they tell me they’ll put me on a quick hold but instead I get put on a 30 minute wait on the phone only for it to get disconnected each time and I have called multiple times over the years same issue! I also called and walked into the clinic to see if they truly are busy, but they weren’t, the phone was just flashing with calls and receptionists just sitting there on their phone. Don't follow the Clinic's telephone message regarding walk-in patients. Do your research, make sure you get here on time. They won't admit that the message is wrong.

I never review but I have too this time because I don’t want anyone else to struggle thinking about joining this place. This is the absolutely most unprofessional establishment I have ever come across. They are rude unprofessional and money hungry. Beware before ever going here they will misdiagnose you and make you pay if you are late to an appointment need any information from them and get angry on the phone hanging up and never calling back. Your just a number too them nothing more.

Je tiens à remercier Dre Samia et toute l'équipe du Jeanne D'Arc Medical Center. Ma famille et moi sommes patients de cette clinique depuis environ 10 ans. Nous avons toujours reçu des soins de grande qualité. Dre Samia est une médecin exceptionnelle, attentionnée, compétente et toujours à l'écoute. Toute l'équipe est accueillante, respectueuse et professionnelle. Merci pour votre dévouement et les excellents soins que vous nous offrez depuis toutes ces années. Je recommande cette clinique sans hésitation.

Like others have mentioned, the staff here are deeply concerning.
