Jeanne Cooper is wonderful. She has been a great help to my family and is always respectful of us and our time. We would highly recommend her.
First appointment she was a no show. She gives a free one time cancellation. If you cancel after that it is $75.00. I had to cancel twice because of the Flu. I figured since she was a no show for our first appointment Ishould be allowed 2 free cancellations...which I said this to her on my second visit....her first....but nope...she said I gave you a star bucks card when I was a no show. Her time is worth $ 75.00....mine is worth $5.00
