Burned My Hair & Scalp - Blamed Me – I had my hair cut, colored and styled there. Within 30 minutes of leaving the salon appointment my scalp started burning. It was awful. I didn't know what was going on! I went home and after 20 minutes under the shower my head starting feeling less in pain. no compensation – I went to Jeanie's to have my hair done for my wedding. I went for a trial run the day of my bridal shower and was very disappointed...hair and make up looked terrible and all of the friends at my shower agreed. I called to let Jeanie know that I was unhappy and she offered to make me another appointment for a trial. I told her that I did not want to spend another $120 on a trial on top of the $120 I already spent and would be spending the day of my wedding. Superb Massage Therapist – Recently my fiance and I spent the weekend in Annapolis for her birthday. She is a massage therapist and I thought it would be a good idea to schedule a session for her. I called Jeanie's and they worked out a time (staying later than normal) on saturday evening to accomidate our limited stay. Truely, they went above and beyond to make my fiance's birthday present one she will not soon forget. Thank you Jeanie!
