Dr. Paik is truly a gem in the San Jose community. She goes above and beyond what you would expect from a doctor. I could tell she genuinely cared about her patients—she is a wonderful listener, takes the time to explain everything in detail, and lays out all the options clearly. She is patient, highly skilled, and provides honest, thoughtful advice. I have complete trust in her and will be using her as my primary eye doctor for all my future needs. Thank you, Dr. Paik!

Both Dr. Paik and her group, Spectrum Eye Physicians, are all in it for money. I was scheduled for cataract surgery, first, with non-premium lens. When I did my homework and felt that premium lens was a better fit, Spectrum adamantly insisted it will be out of pocket, at Spectrum's price. Spectrum & Dr. Paik kept insisting that premium lens is not covered by insurance, meaning I have to pay out of pocket for it.
