Cancelling appointments after confirmation and verification of being in network. People have lives - have to find childcare plus take off work. Inconsiderate.
Highly recommended. Most dentists "upsell" as many treatments as they can think of, but they only provide the necessary treatment to the patient. Very efficient, experienced, good heart.
