Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? Yes, they could have waited Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? No, no one seemed to notice I was there Was this provider's office clean? No, I didn't feel comfortable at all Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Not really, I was hoping for someone with more experience Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Every time I asked the staff a question, they referred me to someone else

Did this pediatrician's waiting room have separate areas for "sick" and "well" children? Yes, they had a "sick" and "well" area Was this provider's office too cold? No, it was fine Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Yes, it was in a safe enough neighborhood

Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Definitely! They always call me back very quickly! Did this pediatrician have toys, magazines or TV's in the waiting room? Yes Does the pediatrician interact with both you and your child during appointments? Absolutely! They respect my child's individuality and always address both of us Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Yes, I could tell the staff respected him/her

Dr. Breslin has been my oldest son's doctor since he was a couple of months old, and he's now 8 years old. She is also my twins doctor. I love her she is the best. She is very helpful to answer any questions I might have. My kids love to go and see her, sick or well. She has the ability to get down on their level, while also staying at my level.
