Our realtor, Kelly Koenning, went above and beyond to get our house sold. She answered all of our questions, kept us informed and was always quick to respond. Highly recommend her!
I submitted a application for a property on Elgin, Tx. I explained my situation and they have agreed to work with me. They agreed to a partial deposit. But did no sign anything. Other deposit was due, but I had to let go of the property. No keys were given. They know my situation, and yet decided to keep my half of the deposit.
My agent Kelly was great, super helpful during the process and made everything easy.

We listed right as the rates went up so it was not a great time to sell but she stuck in there with us and listened when we would get frustrated with the market and assured us we will get it sold and we did!
