This review is posted on behalf of my spouse and myself. [updated 2/27/26]. We have multiple years' experience with this doctor. She is amazing: she listens, discusses topics with us (pros/cons), takes our personal preferences into account, and is kind. She never has talked down to us. We feel safe with her. Dr McLaughlin is the medical director at the US Renal Dialysis center at 79th and Cicero Ave which is a good place, and staff there are welcoming. Everyone was friendly, helpful and efficient. Dr. McLaughlin was very thorough and explained everything and I felt very confident talking with her.
Everyone were very nice and Dr.McLauglin has a very good bedside manner. She doesn’t rush you when you want to ask questions.
Great doctor, she helped me so so much with my issues and still doing it after it's been cured for a few years, highly recommend...
