Jeanette was caring and knowledgeable. She listened to my concerns and came up with a reasonable action plan. Back office staff were friendly and professional.

Jeanette is very nice, takes her time with patients, listens well and jots everything down. It is easy to get an appointment here and the lab next door has personnel who know how to draw blood! No pain!! I have been coming here for my annual checkup for several years and will continue to do so.

Had an appointment with Dr Bettes regarding personal health issues and felt like I was talking to a wall. My concerns were not taken seriously whatsoever, as a matter of fact they were taken very lightly. She was quick to prescribe medication for adrenaline, yet she did no tests on my adrenaline levels. There was no logic behind her plan of action for me. On top of all of that, she was not familiar with FMLA or how it worked. Zero sympathy for the patient, and only cares about writing prescript

Jeanette Bettes ordered several tests to help determine the cause of blood pressure problems. Medicare denied payment and I was told by Medicare that the claim could be appealed with a statement indicating the tests were"medically necessary." I have made 3 attempts to get a response from Jeanette Bettes including one the receptionist labeled "urgent." The messages have been totally ignored. Very disappointing and do not feel comfortable continuing use her services nor would I recommend.

I'd like to leave a special review of Jeanette Bettes with University Physicians. She was incredibly helpful in getting me in to see a neurosurgeon after I'd suffered nerve injury during spinal fusion surgery performed by another surgeon. I'd left his care & was having difficulty finding another surgeon who would see me. She listened to me, she understood my situation & worked diligently to get me in to see the other surgeon. I'll always be grateful. She truly cares about her patients!
