Dr Bright listens to my concerns and questions and answers them completely
Dr Bright is just fantastic. She is by far the best doctor I've had (across 5 states). She listens, cares, never makes you feel rushed, and always takes the time to talk through options. This is so hard in the larger healthcare environment that values productivity over care, but she does it so well.
I came with a list and we discussed all my questions as usua. Dr Bright always treats me like a valued patient.
Dr, Bright did not mention my weight and encouraged me to test my blood sugar every day.

I’ve been seeing this clinic since way before Dr. A moved. The staff here as well as the PA and Dr Bright are great! The ladies up front always offer a smile when entering and even Deanna Byrd is awesome and on time and thorough when sending referrals. Thanks so much to my Team of Personal Healthcare staff! I live in Carrollton and will drive the distance instead of finding another doctor.
Her website and Humana military page say she’s taking new Tricare prime patients. We enrolled with her and called to make appointments. Called multiple times and even though her office recording says if you call after noon they’ll call back the next day or if you call before noon they’ll call back same day - nothing. No callbacks, nothing. Finally got in touch only to be told “Dr Bright isn’t accepting any new Tricare patients” with no explanation why they’re website says they are, and no apology for never calling back.
