Absolutely loved my experience! She is incredibly meticulous and truly takes her time — you never feel rushed. She’s so gentle, which made the whole appointment relaxing and enjoyable. On top of her amazing skills, the conversations were awesome and effortless, and the vibes were just right. During my stay in Hawaii, I came here once last year. Jean was very kind and gave me a great haircut, which I really liked. When I tried to come back a second time, unfortunately, they were closed. This year, during my current stay, they were open, so I asked for a haircut, and Jean remembered me! I was so happy and impressed that she remembered me even though I had only been there once. Jean is incredible! I went in with long hair and wanted a 90’s long bob, wash, and style. She did exactly what I asked for and made sure she knew how short I wanted it, verifying multiple times (very much appreciated)! The shampoo and condition was the most relaxing experience, she even purple shampooed my hair!

Called a few salons, most were booked up or closed completely on Tuesdays… ‘Jeans’ was open and available- decided to give it a shot… wife came back amazed! Thank you Jean! We’ll be back, and bringing eldest daughter next time!
