Dr Russell is fantastic, and the staff are great, however the UCR system and the wait times are awful. My kid actually asked why we make an appointment when we have to end up waiting and are there for over an hour for a 20min or less appointment. 5 stars for Dr Russell, 1 star for UCR. Sadly we have a lack of pediatricians in the valley so the wait time is bad everywhere. Dr Coit is sorely missed!!
We love Dr. Russell! She’s thorough and doesn’t make you feel rushed! She listens and addresses all your concerns and makes the kids laugh! She’s the best pediatrician we’ve had!
