After my longtime GI passed away I tried two others, Dr Kuo was the last one. I was scheduled for a colonoscopy and tried to follow her directions, however the prescribed medications made me nauseous, then vomit, I asked for something else and she refused to give me anything else that I could tolerate,twice. This is my third Dr at this practice. The others left. I had an agreed plan of care and felt heard and seen with my last provider, but Dr Kuo did not want to follow that and instead created a new plan. This was after the initial appointment where she told me she would review my chart and call me in a month. I had to call and nothing new, no new information, nothing was established. She was leaving on maternity leave as well. Switching to find someone to help with my disorders since I have a few digestive disorders.

I would highly recommend Dr Kuo and staff . She truly has set the standards high providing excellent care. Jarrell her assistant, Rachel,and all the staff are professional, caring and made my experience worthwhile & comfortable.

Staff lied to me about being in-network so I got a 400 dollar bill for a 10 minute visit with a doctor who was more robot than person. Avoid unless she is your only option.
