Cinder rock is a very special veterinarian service. Caring, helpful and allows you to make the final discussion on ur pets.
Very friendly staff, Dr was awesome, took time to talk and explain and very gentle with my baby.
Dr. Reboulet and Rae are wonderful. They assisted us with putting our sweet boy, Rocco, to rest. They were kind, compassionate, and very thorough and made sure to explain everything that was happening during the process. For as long as we are in Central Oregon, they will be our vet of choice.
Lack of openings for a long term patient, forced us to find care elsewhere. Even though the Cinder Rock was open for 2 more hours, we were told to go to emergency clinic in Bend. Instead choose a local emergency clinic and was very happy with that clinic. Very disappointed that Cinder Rock couldn't make time for an established, long term client.
Probably one of the most expensive vet clinics I've ever been to. $200 for 3 vaccines for a cat is crazy. The staff is nice but those prices are not sustainable.
