Recently transfered from another Vet office to Cinder Rock. 100% a different and improved experience. Dr. Pollack is as though and communicative as it gets, her tech Dani could give a seminar on customer experience and everyone we interacted with at the front was engaged, compassion, and kind. Thank you for taking care of Tubman!!
I thought my dog was sick and I called them and they threw me in there schedule on short notice. I also told them I didn't have much money and they were extremely professional and offered me alot of good resources and did everything perfectly. I dont do reviews but had to do this one.
Angie explains so well and all the vet techs are so nice! I love that Angie tells it like it is, we just moved here and had to get a new vet and we couldnt be happier!
