I selected Dr. Ung based on many 5-star reviews, but my experience did not match those ratings. Across two visits, I repeatedly asked for a clear explanation of my condition and the care plan. I did not receive a summary of the findings, an explanation of my lab results, or a copy of my cystoscopy/pathology report, which could have been shared at the same visit or promptly afterward. I asked to chat with her before my procedure…as I have never met her. She told the aid if I wanted to chat then I’d have to reschedule procedure. No empathy for a nervous patient! No bedside manner !

I do not understand any good review. I came to Dr. Ung for a chronic illness I had under control for the better part of a decade. It was not until recently I started to see her for actual help. First, you cannot get ahold of this office. I was told I could schedule a nursing appointment if need be for emergent situations. I called, waited an hour, got through the nurse and they said they had an appointment in a few weeks but would call to get me in earlier. They never called.
