Extremely professional and knowledgeable. With compassion and empathy that many Doctors do not possess.
Hard to deal with office and get a call returned - no results from tests even when they send an email that the results have been posted - still waiting for results from the Calcium CT Scan 1/19/19 and the Echocardiogram on 1/24/19.
Dr. Liu is personable and takes time to communicate clearly. He and his staff are as good as I have known in the medical profession. I've had issues with blockage and AFIB and have had great care for these issues.
Doctor Jean Liu is a superb Interventional Cardiologist. He has been caring for me and my wife for about 20 years following her heart attack and my mini-stroke. He has always been professional, friendly, and punctual. The only delay we have had with an appointment at his office was one occasion when he was urgently rushed to the hospital to save the live of a patient who was having a heart attack.
I’m very fortunate to have been referred to Dr. Liu for further medical evaluation. His assessment was very comprehensive and included a review of historical and current medical records. His “bedside manner” is superb...he is easy to talk with and explains medical conditions and procedures in an easily understandable manner. Based on my experience with Dr. Liu, I would not hesitate to recommend him to family and friends. He is a true professional!!

He is the best cardiologist in San Antonio, TX. The only reason I had a wait time was he was on call that day and had to go down to emergency room. He is well worth waiting for! He cares for his patients and explains everything in detail.
