Just had the best experience ever with an HVAC contractor. I was having an intermittent problem with my unit and called Jean Lansou Inc. out to fix it. The technician arrived on time and was very professional, he diagnosed the problem which was only a loose wire. I can't thank them enough, and would highly recommend them for any HVAC service or installation needs.

Arrival time 7:25am. AC is working, turned fan to " off " position on the way to open the door to let techs in. Two warm bodies anyway! I was told that the furnace needed a valve and that the AC was still out. This is the AC that has been working all along. Im told that i needed a new thermostat to which i replied " it was just put on and it wss working before tou got here. I called the owner who said " what do you want me to do"?
