I have read the other comments about Jimmy and Jean Marx…. I cannot agree more with everything said. I came across Jean first just by chance while searching for a house. It turned out to be an absolute blessing for my husband and I. Oh gosh - where to begin?! I listed my home for sale by owner and after a week of fielding phone calls and inviting strangers to come see my home, I called Jean and Jimmy to discuss listing with a realtor. That was my best decision. They took everything off my plate, explained the process, answered a million questions, and made sure I truly understood the documents/offers/etc. before signing.
