Beware: This is a Work Comp doctor & I had 4 appointments with him and this doctor never once met with me personally or even ever examined me even though his reports state that "he personally examined me". This doctor ended up stating that I need surgery in a totally different area then 3 other doctors and 2 radiologist stated I needed surgery.
