Extremely Disappointing Experience I don’t think any of the five-star reviews on here are real based on my experience with Dr. Jean. I had a horrible experience with her and her office. Every time I would call, the phone would often go straight to voicemail. On the occasions when Dr. Jean did answer, there were times she was answering while driving, which I found extremely unprofessional. Had a really positive first experience at this pediatrics clinic with Dr. Jean Tran. The receptionist was friendly and welcoming, and Dr. Tran was very professional, gentle, and caring with my newborn. The clinic itself is lowkey, quiet, and stress-free which made the visit so much easier as a new parent. Definitely felt comfortable and well taken care of. Will recommend!
Dr. Tran is very kind, knowledgeable, and informative. I feel at ease knowing my baby is in her care. The facility is very well maintained and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Dr Tran and her team!

This was our first visit to see Dr. Tran for our toddler and our infant. From the moment that we walked in, we were greeted by extremely friendly staff who accommodated to us and made the check-in process very smooth. The waiting room was clean and organized. I appreciated that they had a bunch of National Geographic magazines with animal photographs; that helped keep my toddler engaged.
