The treatments part of my experience (radiation of skin cancer) was excellent. The staff seem well-trained and capable and the outcome was positive. RIPPED OFF. OVERCHARGED. OVERVBILLED. BILLED FOR SERVICES NOT PROVIDED. TERMS OF INSURANCE COVERAGE IGNORED. REQUESTS FOR ACCOUNT ADJUSTMENT IGNORED. But the business side of dealing with this practice is quite disappointing. I was billed for services that were not provided. My insurance company denied several of the claims due to insufficient documentation. The staff in the office do NOT respond to messages in a timely manner. I am still waiting for a refund of overpayments after almost six months.
