Dr. Jean Charles is the sweetest, kindest doctor you’ll find! I was suffering from horrible acne that I had tried everything for. I tried different oral prescriptions, lasers, and most of the popular acne products out there with only minimal improvement. Dr. Jean Charles was very friendly but worked very rushed. I had a new patient appointment and needed a later time. When I called to see if I could be rescheduled, they told me they stop seeing new patients at a certain time. I was able to work around the scheduling concern and figured being a new patient, we might go over a great deal of information which I was more than okay with.
