Words fail to describe what a wonderful therapist she is! Jean identified multiple problems, which had been overlooked for 40 odd years. She greatly helped getting me to a psychiatrist who would work alongside her in caring for me.She exudes warmth, kindness, compassion & humor - when it is needed . I booked an appointment with Jean after speaking with her on the phone for marriage counseling. My husband and I waited 35 minutes in the lobby after both showing up 10 minutes before our appointment. I called her and left a voicemail message and sent her a text. She never returned any of my messages. If she needed to cancel or was unable to attend the session a courtesy call would have been very appreciated. The circumstances were unprofessional and we have since found another counselor.
Jean has had an amazing impact on my marriage and my family. Her ability to engage and inspire reflection and change is amazing. I would recommend her without reservation.
