Do not go here. My first clue was probably the fact that they were empty. I should’ve turned around then, but I thought no I’ll give them a chance. Big mistake. It’s as if they took their original colour of gels, emptied them and put in cheaper ones or ones that’s like do not match the sample or the outside of the bottle. Also, I had an appointment at 12. The guy didn’t show up until 1220. Very disappointing

I’ve been going to their other location for years (15th & Lonsdale) but since we moved, I started going to this location and I love it! Very nice staff and efficient. Photo is a week old from when it’s done & no chipped since then. Thanks Anne and your colleague for my mani & pedi. Highly recommended this place. Will be coming back to this location. Thanks Alex and Angie!

I really like the service, they are fast and have great pricing. My suggestion will be to work in the atmosphere , maybe is the lighting or there are a lot of things around but the place look messy and sometimes is not a really good first impression.

I asked the lady not to cut so close to my nails, and instead of first filling it down, she took the clipper and cut down close to my skin that it took off my nails and cut into the edge of my actual skin that I could feel the pain to my elbow. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place and can’t take anyone seriously who can’t hold themselves accountable when they are wrong or even apologize! Just shameful! I will stick to my nail technicians and no more impromptu stops that end up like this horrible and painful mess. I left before I en... read more
