I have been seeing Jenn for extensions for 3 years and she is best hair stylist I’ve ever had. She is does IBE extensions and has made my hair more healthy in the process. She always picks the exact right color extensions for my hair. They look so natural. Her hilites never make my hair feel dry. She is professional, kind, and a true expert at her craft. I’m not typically someone who leaves negative reviews, because I understand how much they can hurt a small business. However, if this review prevents even one woman from experiencing the damage I’ve experienced, it’s worth sharing. I am now two weeks out from the installation, and this is the worst and most damaging extension installation I have ever experienced. I had an appointment to get my hair colored a couple of weeks ago with Trinity. She was AMAZING! She listened to everything I told her I was looking for and even gave some suggestions that ended up being better than what I was thinking, she’s so sweet. I can’t recommend her enough! They offered me a drink and a snack when I arrived and everyone had a smile on their face. Great vibes. I’ll definitely be back.
