The absolute best customer service and genuine care and concern that you will find anywhere! Very trustworthy and always has gone above and beyond for our family, we’ve been with Jim over 25 years!
The worst customer service I have ever experienced from an insurance company. Condescending and rude attitudes from both women working in the office to basic questions inquiring about starting a new policy. We ended up walking out. Save yourself the time and go somewhere else.
