Came through our neighborhood to cut the vacant lots. First of all, we and other residents of our neighborhood had already cut the lots. But that didn't stop them. They will most likely collect payment for cutting the lots. Additionally, from dropping a huge commercial blade on the lot of one home they gouged a big hole in the center of the front lawn. I wish i could post the picture. Tired of people collecting a paycheck for work they never do properly in the city of Detroit.
Company was very unprofessional, work was not completed because owner had "feeling/instinct" that they would not be paid even upon offer of 50% deposit prior to beginning of job. This was from what i understand a job that they had not been paid for from a past tenant in the similar area a few years ago. (mind you this was not with me or my property).
