They know how to build one thing: concrete slabs. Absolutely no concern for the longevity of their buildings or the environmental consequences of their work. No attention to detail — placing windows in the wrong place and patching over the holes. Insufficient planning for surface runoff that leads to foundation erosion on their porous concrete slabs. Very thoughtless to the neighbors and surrounding community during the building process. Developers in Austin or awful in general but JE Dunn is uniquely greedy.
I live across from a building being constructed by this company. They started at 330 am!!!! I felt like I woke up in a war zone.
