I usually don’t leave negative reviews but I had to post my experience as a warning for prospective customers. Jackie is very unprofessional. To start, I purchased a Groupon deal for two face peels. The first face peel she applied was a weaker version that didn’t peel at all. The second stronger version (the one that should’ve initially been used) was essentially what I paid for. Be careful here - my wife has been going to her for a couple appointments and then owner started cancelling appointments for weeks. My wife had to wait weeks to get her money back. She cancelled appointments and wouldn’t answer her phone for days. Avoid at all costs, or at the very least, don’t pay her all upfront. Seems very sketchy.
open during covid-19 No Knowledge of skin. Run down equipment. Bad bedside manner. Her office has been broken into 3 times. No waiting room-
My friend recommended JEaesthetics to me for laser, and I'm so happy with my treatments! I was so nervous going in, but Jackie made me feel comfortable and at home during my sessions. Besides for just working on my hair, she also gave me expert advice, recommendations, and products for my problem skin (and even shared some of her AMAZING collagen ointment that she makes herself). I'm super happy with the laser results, and my skin texture is better than ever. Would definitely recommend!!!
Pros 1. Jackie is very friendly. 2. Good promotional offers. 3. Flexible appointment schedules Cons 1. Zero result. 2. Unreliable equipment which broke down in middle of each session. 3. Not worth the time, commute and $$$$.
