Unprofessional, non-responsive and overall poor communication, price was over other quotes. Do not recommend
I work for a general contractor. This company strung us along for 3 weeks stating they were working on an estimate and then went radio silent. We tried 3 times to contact them, and left messages with no replies. What a way to run a business. I am glad I did not contract with them because we would be worried they wouldn't show up when needed.
We had an emergency repair of our boiler, which is ancient, and Billy came out within 24 hours and fixed us right up. Waiting for the bill, but overall, super fast and responsive, and did good work.
Bill is such a cool dude.
