Requested a QUOTE, not service, from JDW to replace HVAC system, then learned of a more suitable company closer to our location. Left a voicemail letting them know that the quote was not needed. They apparently choose to listen to their voicemail when it benefits them and ignore what they want to. Claiming they did not get the voicemail, they billed us for a service call. So, quotes are not free, communication is nonexistent, and they definitely do not put the customer first! Will never deal with them again.
