Ms. Weltzin committed fraud when she lied about having trust property and induced me into giving her client $15K and then she claimed she never had the documents or agreed to be trustee. That was also a complete lie - evidenced in emails and texts. She represents a lot of licensed marijuana businesses. In my opinion, she is not trust worthy nor the best attorney.
