Have called upon the help of Julian and Josh a few times, they are very good in communicating , upfront and have good family values (polite, honest, punctual). I recommended them to my widowed elderly neighbour today and they did a really good job looking after her as well (she had a leaking PB pipe in ceiling with flooded insulation, which they helped to remove it to prevent ceiling collapse). Thank you for getting my water heater sorted!! The work area was left clean, and I went up to the roof to inspect where the solar panels were and all looks good up there too! Josh is an absolute professional!
They came within an hour of me contacting them about a gas leak and fixed the problem quickly and efficiently. However, for a 10-minute job, they charged a lot. I guess it's a callout fee, but it hurts.
The guys came out at very short notice to help us out with blocked drains. They were so helpful and very knowledgeable. 10/10 would recommend.
Recently used Julian for a gas leak which was detected during an LPG bottle replacement by Kleenheat. He was able to come out that afternoon to get the job completed and the gas and hot water back on within a couple of hours. Fully equipped with leak detection equipment to know that it's been repaired and provided a Notice of Completion issued by Energy Safety WA. Highly recommend to anyone who needs plumbing or gas fitting completed.
