Honest and excellent customer service My garage door LiftMaster's Gear & Sprocket set needs to be replaced. I called A Z garage door doctor (http://www.azdoordoctor.com/ ). Their quote was very high. The first thing was higher service fee ($65). Then they quote me $170 for repair that JDT charged only $125 including labor, tax and parts. What a huge difference. Very pleased I am very pleased with Jason from JDT. I called him tuesday morning to ask him to come and look at a busted garage door supporting. He said he could be out in 2 hours. He was there early, and called to let me know that he was almost three there. He quickly diagnosed the issue, gave me several options, and didn't give me any crap about going the cheapest route. Great Service! Honesty and Integrity! Yesterday afternoon, I backed into my garage door and did some damage to the door, track, spring, and wheels. I called JDT Garage Door Service and had an appointment first thing this morning. Not only was the service very fast, but also Jason saved me money. Great Service We would like to say THANK YOU to Jason with JDT Garage Door Service. He came out for an emergency garage door service, on a Sunday which happened to be Halloween, and after hours. Our door had jumped the tracks, we were unable to open or close it.
