JD Towing is knowledgeable and honest. They were able to trouble shoot over the phone with the travel trailer brakes that were locked up. Saved us from getting our travel trailer towed. We were back on the road in no time. They would be our first choice to call again. Thank you very grateful, you were our saving grace to get back home safely.
Do not trust these guys! What a terribly excuse of a human being the owner of this company is. If I could give them zero stars I would. My 13yr old son got his bike taken away from PBSO the day after christmas as he was not allowed to ride on trails out here in the Acreage. when JD's Towing and my husband arrived at the same time with a trailer to take the bike home the officers basically told the tow guy to just work it out with my husband with a wink and walked away.....My husband basically offered the owner an extra $200 ... read more
it's the worse towing service, my wife had a car accident, they towed the car to their yard, the car was a lease, when I asked what is the adress where the car is they told me that only the owner(honda) could go to the place where the car is placed, when I told them that my wife had properties inside the car that she needs to pick up, they told me "you can't go to the place where the car is, this is the law", I asked them: Is that your law or the country's law?.
