I called on the 4th of July. They not only answered but walked me through what could be causing my issue. After determining that it was something that could wait over the weekend, we set an appointment. The guys were there before 8 a.m this morning and quickly worked to get the problem resolved. They were super nice, very polite, and did a fantastic job of getting the issue fixed. I would 100% recommend this company to anyone needing septic work.
We highly recommend JDS Septic. Our system stopped working completely and they came out the same day we called them. Very reasonable price as well. Will use them for our routine servicing.

This is a top-tier family company and I couldn't be more pleased with their service. We had a complicated situation where part of a structure was built on top of our septic tank. Multiple other companies said that there was nothing they could do, but JDS was able to get to the tank AND clean it out. These guys are the real deal. I'll definitely use them again in the future.
Daniel & Orbie are very friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and hard working. They were very considerate of having to dig in my front yard, so they dug a hole just big enough for them to do their job. I highly recommend JDS Septic and Services
